- I didn't decide to start gardening until after the growing season had already ended in 2009. I didn't know what I wanted to grow, or where I wanted to grow it, just that I wanted "it" to grow. This spring, armed with a collection of containers from failed house plants, I started my first garden. So, this blog began.
